Within a hospital in Jenin, three Palestinian people have been murdered by Israeli troops disguising themselves as medical personnel and patients.
Based on announcements released today by the Israeli military forces and the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the victims were killed by undercover agents at Ibn Sina Hospital while they slept. The guys were concealing in the hospital and were part of a “Hamas terrorist cell,” Israeli army claimed, which stated to have “neutralized” them.
Security camera video seems to show around twelve undercover agents, comprising two disguised as medical workers and three posed as women, roaming the hospital’s hallway while brandishing assault guns.
According to Palestinian health authorities, “this morning three young men were martyred by the bullets of the occupation [Israeli] forces who stormed the Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin and shot them.”
One of the individuals slain was named by the Israeli army as 27-year-old Mohammad Jalamneh. According to them, he was preparing for an assault and had been passing along guns and ammo to other militants.
The IDF said that the two other individuals who were killed, brothers Basil and Mohammad Ghazawi, had concealed themselves within the hospital and had participated in assaults. The military’s report further stated that a weapon was discovered on a wanted person, which was seized by the troops.
The operation occurs following the Israeli army’s unwavering determination to continue its raids against militants throughout the Palestinian region.
The Israeli military’s “crimes will not go unanswered,” according to an announcement from Hamas, which also insisted that the deaths are a “continuation of the occupation’s ongoing crimes against our people from Gaza to Jenin.”
Hospital Crimes
According to the Palestinian armed organization, one of the victims had been wounded and in bed when he was assassinated.
Jalamneh’s membership in Hamas was verified by group. Two of the three men were members of Islamic Jihad, according to a statement released by the Jenin Brigade, which is made up of many Palestinian armed resistance organizations.
After an Israeli drone assault on last year that targeted a group of men near the Jenin camp cemetery, Basil was hurt by missiles and has been undergoing care at the hospital for the past months.
The three young men were assassinated by occupying troops, which the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs denounced “in the strongest terms.”
As the three men’s funerals got under way, Jenin’s roads were packed with spectators. One of the three Palestinians slain at the hospital, reported by medical staff, was receiving treatment for an injury sustained during an earlier Israeli raid.
Israeli soldiers have been conducting regular raids and detention throughout the occupied West Bank since the start of Israel’s attack on Gaza.
Following October 7 strikes on Israel, which resulted in roughly 1,140 deaths and 240 captured, hundreds of individuals have been murdered and detained.
A peace agreement last November released Palestinian inmates held in Israeli prisons in return for the release of about 100 of the hostages to Israel.
