Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement confirming that it is “monitoring the rapid developments in the brotherly country of Syria and expresses its satisfaction with the positive measures taken to ensure the security of the Syrian people, prevent bloodshed and preserve the institutions and resources of the Syrian government.” Saudi Arabia urged the international community to support the Syrian people, collaborate on matters benefiting Syria, and safeguard its sovereignty.
Qatar
